2006 Treasurers Report
“Funding” is a word every one in the centre is particular with, without funding we would not exist. A hugh thank you must be paid to the many funders who support us throughout each year.
This year has been similar to previous years in that we have had a few tenuous months not knowing if we would make it to the end of the month/session/term with enough money to fund the project/job.
I would like to thank all the staff, volunteers and users for their time and energy that often goes unseen in the “every day” life of the centre.
As ever, we will continuously lobby the Government Bodies for mainstream funding to carry on the vital work that the “Windsor Women’s Centre has been doing so successfully over the past fifteen years.
