Links with Other Bodies
Windsor Women’s Centre has for many years been developing its links with a range of relevant statutory and voluntary organisations and has in many instances been instrumental in the formation of voluntary community initiatives. The purpose behind these initiatives has been two-fold. One as a means of developing services and two as a means of giving local women a voice in the provision and development of their own communities. Staff, volunteers and centre users are therefore represented and liaise with wide ranging spectrum of committees, forums, steering groups, working parties, boards, advisory panels etc.
