Joanne Smit, Head of the Advice Centre, has participated in various training programmes including;
- Welfare Rights based at Belfast Law Centre,
- Money Advice, training provided by Advice NI
- Housing Rights, training provided by Housing Rights Centre
- Tax Credits, training provided by Wolfhill Community Centre
- NVQ Level 3 Information & Advice, training provided by Advice N.I
